Role : Development Team Lead Job Requisition No : JR10794 Job level : More than 10 years of relevant experience (L4) Job Objectives Development Team Lead is responsible to review and sign-off various development aspects (e.g.: user experience, reliability, maintainability, security and performance). The person must have strong command of the J2EE technology, and should be able to organise and drive technical discussion working with vendors remotely. Successful candidate will be having 8+ years of hands-on development working experience on various J2EE and Oracle technologies. Key Responsibilities l Conduct code review and guide vendor in developing quality software l Review UI/UX design, and ensure the code is web responsive and works with various devices l Reviews Java Script, Java Code, Oracle SQL leveraging variety of tools (e.g.: Sonar, Veracode, AWR) to cover multiple quality aspects (e.g.: user experience, reliability, maintainability, security and performance). l Monitor and manage risks & issues related to development quality and resolve them on timely fashion l Work as required to support production migrations, continuity testing, environment migration activities Key Requirements l Good understanding of Trade Finance Domain l Exposure to web responsive design and expertise in front end technologies (Java Script, Ext JS, React JS) l Hands on expertise in J2EE technologies, JMS, Java 8, Spring, Struts, MQ & EJB l Oracle SQL development experience, able to troubleshoot database issues using AWR reports. l Expertise in technical solution design, architecture & design patterns, modelling (UML, Visio) l Good understanding on OWASP development practices and tools like Veracode l Experience reviewing Sonar dashboard and drive technical debt reduction in code l Able to review vendor code and come up with high level design for better understanding of application architecture. l Proven coding proficiency through proctored online assessment (e.g.: Brain Bench Certification) l Excellent communication skills both written and verbal l Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure Please forward your resume in MS word format to [email protected] and [email protected] Please refer your friends for any IT openings as we have various positions.
