Role : Development Team Lead Job Requisition No : JR10794 Job level : More than 10 years of relevant experience (L4) Job Objectives Development Team Lead is responsible to review and sign-off various development aspects (e.g.: user experience, reliability, maintainability, security and performance). The person must have strong command of the J2EE technology, and should be able to organise and drive technical discussion working with vendors remotely. Successful candidate will be having 8+ years of hands-on development working experience on various J2EE and Oracle technologies. Key Responsibilities l Conduct code review and guide vendor in developing quality software l Review UI/UX design, and ensure the code is web responsive and works with various devices l Reviews Java Script, Java Code, Oracle SQL leveraging variety of tools (e.g.: Sonar, Veracode, AWR) to cover multiple quality aspects (e.g.: user experience, reliability, maintainability, security and performance). l Monitor and manage risks & issues related to development quality and resolve them on timely fashion l Work as required to support production migrations, continuity testing, environment migration activities Key Requirements l Good understanding of Trade Finance Domain l Exposure to web responsive design and expertise in front end technologies (Java Script, Ext JS, React JS) l Hands on expertise in J2EE technologies, JMS, Java 8, Spring, Struts, MQ & EJB l Oracle SQL development experience, able to troubleshoot database issues using AWR reports. l Expertise in technical solution design, architecture & design patterns, modelling (UML, Visio) l Good understanding on OWASP development practices and tools like Veracode l Experience reviewing Sonar dashboard and drive technical debt reduction in code l Able to review vendor code and come up with high level design for better understanding of application architecture. l Proven coding proficiency through proctored online assessment (e.g.: Brain Bench Certification) l Excellent communication skills both written and verbal l Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure Please forward your resume in MS word format to [email protected] and [email protected] Please refer your friends for any IT openings as we have various positions. Role : Technology Delivery Manager Job Requisition No : JR11313 Job level : More than 10 years of relevant experience (L4) Key Skills : Technology Delivery Management, team/stakeholder management, Risk, Data & Reg Reporting Functional Domain knowledge Job Objectives Seeking candidates for the position of Technology Delivery Manager to engage in various projects related to Local Reg, Basel Regulatory Reporting Systems (Credit Risk, Large exposures, Market risk, Ops Risk) and IFRS9 systems. Key Responsibilities l Technical Delivery Manager to manage the end to end delivery of one or more project streams as per the committed timelines, cost, scope and quality l Attending requirement gathering sessions, and actively participate in BRD reviews. l Perform impact analysis on the existing system functionalities with respect to the new proposed changes. l As a Delivery Manager, drive Functional Specification documents based on the BRD, conduct functional walk through for the stakeholders, and obtain FS sign off. l Guiding and managing the data mapping specifications which is used for sourcing in the required data for Basel computation from source systems. l Understand the system and provide adequate guidance to the development team in the entire SDLC. l Support in UAT testing – responsible to managing the issues raised in UAT, and to co-ordinate with users during the UAT phase for all techno-functional queries. l Assisting Project Manager in the delivery of the project and on the coordination with various stakeholders. l Meticulously help the team in delivering the project within the committed timelines. l Maintain the risks and issues tracker and see them to closure. l Closely liaise with the business partners and vendors for any changes that is being raised in the regulatory risk domain for reporting purposes. l Manage a team of perm, contractor, vendor resources for successful delivery of projects Key Requirements l Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in a technology delivery role. l Strong understanding of Project Management concepts (waterfall, agile) and strong technical background. l Experience in Basel computation and reporting (credit risk or market risk) is as added advantage. l Good knowledge in financial market products is required. l Knowledge in Oracle SQL, PLSQL. l Able to work independently with minimum guidance. l Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills (to work with various Teams including business users). l Able to manage senior stakeholders at MD, C Levels. l Good people management skills. l Able to organize and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment. l Excellent Good Team Player.
